As consultants, we are engaged daily in identifying opportunities for organisations and translating these opportunities into smart concepts. We do this for various industries and internationally. Each time, we are looking for the tipping point for success of the case in question and each time we gain knowledge and experience for the next issue.

Approach
Strategic advice starts with a thorough analysis and inventory. On that basis, we develop targeted solutions and draw up a clear roadmap. We also provide implementation support to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Analysing and taking stock
We always look at issues from both the customer perspective and the organisation's perspective. For the customer view, we analyse the latest trends and developments, the relevant market and customer needs. Together with the organisation, we carry out a needs assessment across the entire organisation in order to identify the core of the challenge.

Coming up with smart solutions
Once we have found the core of the challenge, we start thinking about smart solutions. These solutions fit the organisation because we do this in co-creation with the client. We turn the solutions into a strategy using available and proprietary models and our broad knowledge and experience of different issues. This is how we determine the success factors for the project.

Creating and implementing roadmap
Once the strategy has been defined together with the client, we draw up a roadmap to ensure its implementation. By dividing the strategy into phases, we make it realistic and feasible for implementation. If required, we prepare and execute the implementation. The advantage of this is that we can still make adjustments during implementation so that the strategy can be optimally adjusted for success.
