Digitalisation, Automation and the deployment of AI (D-A-AI) are continuously and rapidly developing. AI inspires and forms a basis for capturing data and automation. Data then forms the basis for further AI applications and new explorations.

Approach

Identify business needs
To be able to make the right choice for the most suitable solution, we first map out the business needs together with our client. We determine how future business processes should be organised and, based on that, what digitalisation, automation and AI should do to successfully operationalise the new strategy. The business needs form the basis for the vision document with business requirements, a list of current and desired process descriptions, and an inventory of system solutions and suppliers with a request for proposal (RFP).

D-A-AI Solutions Selection
During the inventory process, we engage with potential suppliers to explore their offerings. Together with the client, we assess proposals based on previously established business requirements. Depending on business needs, solutions may involve reusing existing systems, integrating new systems, or a combination of standard and bespoke solutions. We invite the suppliers with the most suitable proposals for a pitch. Subsequently, we guide our client in selecting the best solution and conducting contract negotiations.

Implementing solutions
During implementation, we will determine the definitive project scope and project schedule together with the client and the chosen supplier. We will then build and test the solution in order to go live. Throughout this entire phase, we will act as the link between our client and the supplier. If desired, we will provide:
- Project governance: organising steering committees to set direction, make decisions, and provide oversight
- Project delivery management: alongside project management, we are involved in scope, budget and content
- Change management: supporting and training employees to work with the new solution
