A good match is important for you and for our organisation. The application process is designed in such a way that finding the right match is key.

Step 1: CV and motivation
It starts with your CV and cover letter. With these, we will see if you are a match for the position you have applied for.

Step 3: Assessment
This is followed by an online assessment. We would like to know more about your preferences, competences and personality. If the result meets our expectations, we will invite you for a case interview.

Step 5: Employment conversation
Is there a match? Then we conclude the application procedure with an employment conversation and after this conversation you will receive an employment contract!

Step 2: Introductory interview
Sparked our interest? Then we would like to invite you to an introductory meeting with two consultants. During this meeting, the focus will be on getting to know each other.

Step 4: Case interview
During the case discussion, the focus is on content. In a short space of time, you get to work on one of our customer cases yourself and we are curious about your solution and way of thinking.
