Introduction of working culture TNXTO

At The Next Organization, strength is in the team. With around 15 enterprising and committed consultants, you go for sustainable results.

There is plenty of room to use your creativity and expertise on multiple projects simultaneously - from strategy development to implementation. The strength lies in co-creation and cooperation. That means: an eye for each other and for the client.

You work in multidisciplinary teams on complex issues, where innovation and knowledge sharing go without saying. Getting to the heart of the matter and not just delivering plans, but real transformation. You take that extra step, with curiosity and a good dose of team spirit.

It is important to be connected to the world around us. Partly for this reason, we support a charity every year, a small gesture with great impact.

Does our team suit you? Take the test

A selection of statements and answers that fit well with the TNXTO team. Find out whether you feel the same way, or not. Take the test and see if the team suits you.

"In project work, I see new things every day and keep learning constantly in the projects and from the people around me."

Personal development

At The Next Organization, you are never alone. From day one, you will be paired with an experienced colleague - your mentor - who will show you around the organisation and support you in your personal and professional growth.

To continuously stimulate your development, we regularly organise training courses and workshops - both from external specialists and from colleagues sharing their expertise. Knowledge development and sharing is in our DNA. Of course, you also learn by doing: working together to tackle challenges.

Team outing

A close-knit team

Making an impact and having fun go hand in hand at The Next Organisation. A strong team is created by sharing more than just work.

Every month there is a vitality activity on the agenda, from sporting challenges to relaxing outdoor activities. In addition, colleagues regularly appear on the padel court, and the occasional festival outing follows, The week invariably ends with a sociable Vrijmibo.

This creates not only strong customer relationships, but also friendships within the team. Working pleasure and mutual bonding form the basis of a powerful organisation.
