The result is a rollout that has to be corrected afterwards, instead of that having been prevented beforehand.

We involve stakeholders early, to take their support and input along in the preparation. We adjust processes as well, so they match the new way of working. We then test these parts in a pilot at small scale, to make the opportunity ready for an organisation-wide rollout.

Stakeholders have been taken along early, which builds support before the rollout takes place organisation-wide. Any bottlenecks have already become visible and been solved in the pilot phase, instead of only during a large-scale rollout. So the organisation starts the rollout not with an assumption, but with a proven approach.
