Together towards real transformation
At The Next Organization the strength is in the team. With around 15 enterprising consultants the distance to the client is short: within a few months you are at the table with a board yourself. You work on several projects at once, from strategy through to roll-out, always co-creating with the client. In multidisciplinary teams you take on questions that nobody solves alone.
You also help build the firm itself, and you are given the time for it. Colleagues take on our marketing and communications, come up with wellbeing activities or help shape our strategy. That way the firm grows with the people who work in it. It asks for curiosity and an extra step, with an eye for each other, also when things are busy.
Personal growth
Development that moves with you
With us you are never on your own, and you largely decide yourself what you need. From day one you work with an experienced mentor who sees in practice what you need and supports you in your personal and professional growth.
A training or workshop is on the agenda regularly, given by external specialists or by colleagues themselves. What you learn you use at a client the week after, because you learn most by doing and from work that keeps challenging you.
A close team
More than colleagues
With us you work hard and laugh just as hard, because a strong team grows from sharing more than work alone. Every month a wellbeing activity is on the agenda, from sporting challenges to relaxed outdoor outings. Colleagues are regularly on the padel court, and now and then a festival outing follows. In between we seek each other out too: at lunch, out on a walk or on a run to the shops.
The week always ends with a relaxed Friday drink, and it is precisely those informal moments that make the difference. You know each other well, and you feel that the moment you walk into the office. That way not only strong client relationships grow, but friendships within the team as well.
