Knowledge and expertise
Embrace Village
Embrace Village gives people with a traumatic background a warm environment and encourages a sense of community. The organisation supports people of all ages, from babies to the elderly, who face particular challenges. Through a wide range of initiatives it puts education and development first, celebrates diversity and builds positive relationships.
Together with Embrace Village, The Next Organization developed an accessible website that presents the mission, vision and core activities clearly. Alongside that we mapped out how the social value and positioning of Embrace Village could come across better. The website is now a platform where organisations see at once how they can contribute, from lasting partnerships to targeted support.
Time and attention
Sherpa
With around 1500 staff and 500 volunteers, Sherpa provides services to some 1400 clients with an intellectual and/or physical disability. A team of specialists offers the guidance clients need to take a full part in society. They put the individuality of every person first and work professionally, with commitment, and together with the client and the people around them.
To show the staff and clients of Sherpa how much they are appreciated, The Next Organization organised festive Easter lunches. With a cheerful Easter bunny, good food and attention for being together, it became an afternoon full of connection, valuable conversation and warmth. With this initiative we wanted not only to offer a moment of relaxation and fun, but also to show appreciation for the important work Sherpa does for people with a disability.
Close to home
Christmas parcels
Closer to home we also want to mean something. That is why our team put together Christmas parcels for families who could use some financial support. Every parcel held groceries, something nice and presents for the children. That way there is something under their tree too.
Every organisation has a next step. We help you take it.
We would like to hear what is going on in your organisation. In an introductory conversation we get to know each other, with no obligations, and we are keen to hear more about your situation.
