Application process
In five steps to your new role

Step 1: CV and motivation
We start with your CV and covering letter. That way we get to know you a little already and we look together at whether the role suits you.

Step 2: Introduction
Caught our interest? Then we would like to invite you for an introductory interview with two consultants. This conversation is about getting to know each other.

Step 3: Assessment
We then ask you to take an online assessment. It gives us a good picture of your preferences, competencies and personality. If that picture fits the role well, we are glad to continue with a case interview.

Step 4: Case
During the case interview you dive into one of our client cases with us. You work on a solution, and we are keen to see your approach and your thinking.

Step 5: Terms of employment
Does it feel right on both sides? Then we round off the process with a conversation about terms of employment, after which you receive your contract.
