The Next Organization attaches great importance to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains which data we collect, why, and what rights you have. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Which data we process

Depending on your contact with us, we may process the following data:

  • Identity data: name, role, organisation.
  • Contact data: email address, telephone number, address.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and device data, via server logs and visit statistics.
  • Profile and usage data: your interests and how you use our website.
  • Marketing data: your preferences for receiving our newsletter and updates.
  • Application data: CV, motivation and other data you share when applying.

We collect this data when you complete the contact form, subscribe to the newsletter, call or email us, apply for a role, or visit our website.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We only process your data for clear purposes, on one of these legal bases under the GDPR:

  • Performance of a contract: to deliver our services and communicate with you.
  • Legal obligation: for example for tax administration.
  • Legitimate interest: to improve our website, to promote our services and to support our business operations.
  • Consent: for example to send you our newsletter. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Contact form

Our contact form is processed through Netlify Forms (Netlify). The submission is sent as a notification to info@tnxto.com and stored at Netlify so we can handle your message. We use this data solely to respond to your question.

5. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send you updates roughly once a quarter. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. The newsletter is sent through an email marketing service that acts as our processor.

6. Sharing with others

We never sell your data. We only share data with processors who help us deliver our services, and only under a data processing agreement. For example:

  • Our hosting and forms provider (Netlify).
  • Our newsletter and email service.
  • Parties we are legally required to share with, such as supervisory authorities.

Where a processor handles data outside the EEA, we put appropriate safeguards in place, for example standard contractual clauses.

7. Retention

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purposes above, or for as long as the law requires. Application data is kept for a maximum of 4 weeks after the procedure has concluded, or for 1 year with your consent.

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unauthorised use. In the event of a data breach we follow the statutory notification procedure.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • request a copy of your personal data;
  • have incorrect data corrected;
  • have your data deleted;
  • object to processing or have it restricted;
  • have your data transferred;
  • withdraw consent you have given.

10. Complaints

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

11. Changes

We may amend this privacy policy. The current version is always available on our website.
