The story
The story of The Next Organization
Elrik Paap and Steije Renes worked at EY for years, both in consultancy. On a long journey to a client they had all the room they needed to think together. They saw how digitalisation and changing customer behaviour were reshaping business models, and how companies struggled to move with them. They want to help companies facing these challenges.
Along the way they laid the first building blocks for what would eventually become ‘The Next Organization’. Our ambition: improving the commercial performance of organisations with innovative, sustainable business models.
Our vision
How we see the world
Commercial success is within reach. You get there by spotting opportunities and making the most of them, and we are glad to help with that. Technological development, changing customer behaviour and trends offer plenty of room to grow. Organisations therefore have to keep redefining their role for customers, because the market keeps moving.
As an international management consultancy we stand for innovation, decisiveness and a healthy dose of fun. That is how we put our expertise to work: giving organisations clear-sighted advice, future-oriented solutions and personalised training. The mission of The Next Organization? Taking your business a step further.
Core values
The basis of everything we do
Inspiration by Innovation
Knowledge sits at the heart of our organisation. We translate trends, new technologies and changing customer behaviour into innovative solutions for our clients.
Power to Perform
Improving commercial performance is our focus. Among other things we develop future-proof growth strategies and strengthen management to deliver them.
Collaboration with Fun
Enjoyable, interactive collaboration with our clients comes first. We involve the different layers of an organisation throughout the entire journey.
Every organisation has a next step. We help you take it.
We would like to hear what is going on in your organisation. In an introductory conversation we get to know each other, with no obligations, and we are keen to hear more about your situation.
