Max holds an MSc in Business Administration with a focus on Strategy & Organisation from VU Amsterdam. After his studies he began his career in consultancy as a project management consultant. He then moved to a different side of consultancy, focused on strategy. Max is keen to combine his experience in shaping and executing strategy.

Kealan graduated from Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) with an MSc in Strategic Management. With experience in government as well as in profit and non-profit organisations, he decided to bring that experience into consultancy. With a master’s in Strategic Management, Tobias developed an analytical and process-driven approach to optimising and innovating business strategies. His experience as a product and sales engineer in the maritime and bulk handling sector gave him a sharp sense of the balance between the commercial and technical sides of a business. He now puts his solution-focused mindset and expertise to work developing sustainable strategies with clients and preparing companies for the future.

Leon Gelhever

During his master’s in International Development and Sustainable Development at the University of Groningen, Leon developed a deep understanding of the dynamics between economies and the importance of innovative approaches to sustainable growth. He combines an international outlook with a strong interest in economic development, transitions and strategic questions. With his curious attitude, Leon translates complex challenges into clear and practically applicable insights. He draws energy from collaboration and works enthusiastically with organisations to build sustainable growth and lasting impact.
Prof. Gordon Adomdza

Prof. Gordon Kwesi Adomdza is Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Ashesi University. He teaches courses that use Design Thinking to develop innovative concepts for new ideas and business models at Ashesi. He also leads the Ashesi D:Lab, a thought leader for Design Thinking in Africa. He is the founder of the Design Thinking Ghana Hub, which runs the Design Thinking Meetup Group of more than 2000 members. He developed his design thinking curriculum together with Continuum Innovation, inventors of the award-winning Swiffer.
Prof. Adomdza’s research interests lie in resource allocation for discovering and validating opportunities for entrepreneurs, as well as in the ideation process for new product development. He started the Institute of Accelerator and Incubator Research to extend and share his research into the role of venture assistance programmes in entrepreneurship in Ghana.
Eric van Kuijzen

Eric is an independent interim manager and consultant in general and HR management, with a strong focus on leading change and doing business. His expertise lies in the creative approach to business and people development in customer-focused environments. Eric is experienced in corporate and (non-)governmental organisations, in Europe and in Southern, Eastern and Western Africa. Eric holds a BA in Business Administration from Stenden University in the Netherlands and SEP from London Business School.

That is why we collaborate at national and international level with leading universities and business schools. We regularly supervise students and PhD candidates. Our aim is to connect academic insight with practical experience, so that both students and companies benefit directly.
Academic board
Our role as a knowledge expert matters a great deal to us. To keep developing and challenging ourselves, we set up the Academic Board. With this board we regularly discuss the latest developments in our field. Alongside knowledge and expertise, the Academic Board is also a valuable extension of our network and, where useful, contributes to consultancy assignments.
Board member Ad de Jong is professor of marketing at Copenhagen Business School, where since 2024 he has been the first Kraks Fond Professor of Marketing, with a particular focus on the circular economy. He studied Psychometrics in Leiden and took his doctorate in Maastricht. His research into sales innovation, service marketing and frontline teams has appeared in Management Science and the Journal of Marketing among others, and he serves as an associate editor and editorial board member for several journals in his field.
