TNXTO Academic Board Interview

As an organisational consulting firm, knowledge is extremely important to us. In order to continually develop and challenge, we have set up the Academic Board. Our board now includes Mirella Kleijnen and Ad de Jong. With this board we regularly discuss developments in our field. In addition to knowledge expertise, the Academic Board provides valuable input on consultancy assignments. Steije Renes and Martin Schuit talked to Mirella and Ad about their respective fields of expertise; customer experience and marketing and sales. More and more business is taking place in networks and on platforms, and this means that traditional topics are viewed in a new light. Think about Customer Experience and Marketing & Sales. Both fields have been around for years, but have to adapt to new contexts every time. In the first part of this interview, we ask Mirella and Ad how the context of organisations is changing because of this. What do we see in consumer behaviour? How does that translate into B2B and B2C environments? But we also ask whether the networks and platforms will continue, or if this is just a short trend. Watch the first part of the interview here.

In the second part of this interview with TNXTO Academic Board members Mirella Kleijnen and Ad de Jong, Steije Renes and Martin Schuit discuss the developments and expectations for customer experience. We talk about what good examples of customer experience are and how organisations already anticipate the coming trends. How organisations deal with customer experience within networks and platforms will also be discussed.

In the field of marketing and sales, there are many changes and shifts going on. We discuss this in the third part of the interview with TNXTO Academic Board members Mirella Kleijnen and Ad de Jong. Steije Renes and Martin Schuit ask what the main differences are with traditional marketing and sales, how it works in the new context of networks and platforms, but also good examples of organisations that are already responding.
