You get off the train or car at Bussum Zuid station, cross the street and enter our office. On the second floor, you look out over the trees where birds sing and the occasional train passes by. Sitting in a corner, colleagues have a brainstorm while you finish the last slides for a proposal that will be presented soon. Soft music sounds in the background, and someone makes fresh coffee. Colleagues walk in, greet each other and sit down at one of the desks. Someone asks to take a moment to think about a strategic question that arose during a client meeting. In between, there is time for a breath of fresh air. A two-minute walk away is a vast meadow. A place where regular walks and ideas are born.

What you will do: 

• Collaborate in a team of colleagues with diverse backgrounds on strategic issues for both international and national clients. From market analyses to drawing up business cases: you pick up what appeals to you, what you want to develop or what you are already an expert in. 
• Thinking along about the core issue, comes up with creative and innovative solutions and develops a clear strategy to optimise the client's business model. 
• In addition to shaping the strategy, you will also think about implementation and contribute to its set-up and realisation at the customer's premises. Are you the one who the organisation of the customer set in motion, new control models enter and employees traint? Or instead conduct interviews, collect customer feedback and make sure project documentation is in order? You decide where you make the difference. 
• Construction advisory skills within a learning environment with experienced professionals, including through internal and external training at the TNXTOAcademy.

What we are looking for in you:

• Curiosity, entrepreneurial, commercial, self-starting and full with ideas. 
• Wide Interest in strategy, customer behaviour and organisational development. 
• Being able to switch easily between analysis, collaboration and attention to detail. 
• You are aware of current trends and developments so that you can advise clients appropriately.  
• 0 - 3 years of (relevant) work experience, e.g. through internships or traineeships (Do you have more than three years' experience? Then apply at the vacancy Strategic Consultant Experienced).
• Eand completed WO education in a relevant field, such as (technical) business administration, business economics, international business, strategic management. 
• Control of the Dutch language at a professional level to communicate with our Dutch customers.
