Serious games

Through gamification we arrive together at new perspectives and sharp strategic choices.

For creating new insights

We use a Serious Game when you want to build new perspectives, for example on strategy, marketing or your own competitive position. By casting the question in a game form, participants experience the consequences of their choices directly. This makes teams think outside existing frames faster. That produces insights that surface less readily in a regular session.

A game with a strategic purpose

Every Serious Game is built around the question the organisation is working on at that moment. Teams confer internally, formulate their approach and then see what the consequences of their choices are. That makes the outcome of every decision immediately tangible, instead of only theoretical. This way participants work the case out through play, with sharper insights as the result.

Games on specific themes

We offer several Serious Games, each aimed at a different kind of question. So we choose the game that is most relevant to your organisation right now.

Marketing & sales game

This game lets participants apply marketing and sales concepts directly to their own organisational context. Multidisciplinary teams make choices continuously and see the impact on their commercial results straight away.

Attack Your Own Company

As a fictitious competitor, participants try to compete their own organisation out of the market. That sharp outside perspective exposes where the real organisation is vulnerable and points the way to concrete improvements.

Plan a game

Every organisation has a next step. We help you take it.

We would like to hear what is going on in your organisation. In an introductory conversation we get to know each other, with no obligations, and we are keen to hear more about your situation.
