Pressure cookers

An intensive sprint to set direction and start first actions in a short time.

For urgent questions

We use a Pressure Cooker when a question calls for speed and there is no time for a long track. Think of a strategic choice that cannot wait any longer, or a team that needs direction fast. In a short time we get everyone pointing the same way and determine the first steps together. So within a few days you are not left with advice, but with a concrete next step.

To results in a sprint

A Pressure Cooker runs as a tightly timed sprint of a few days, with short, intensive sessions. Both in the preparation and during the sessions we use AI to reach sharp conclusions faster, in support of our own analysis and experience. The choices stay with the participants: AI speeds up the process, but the organisation determines the outcome. Every session therefore delivers a concrete interim result, until the first actions are already in motion by the end of the sprint.

Made to measure

No two Pressure Cookers are the same, because every question and every organisation calls for its own approach. Beforehand we determine together which themes are covered and which people need to be at the table. So the content can be about a new proposition, integrating AI into the organisation, or an implementation plan in outline. Whatever is worked out, you always leave the sprint with a concrete and supported next step.

Every organisation has a next step. We help you take it.

We would like to hear what is going on in your organisation. In an introductory conversation we get to know each other, with no obligations, and we are keen to hear more about your situation.
