Together with customers, we innovate and optimise business models

Areas of expertise Business model

A business model describes how an organisation creates, delivers and captures value in economic, social or cultural contexts. Together with the client, we work creatively and entrepreneurially to innovate and optimise their business models. This includes, for instance, sharpening the value proposition, defining the target group, and mapping the main revenue and cost streams. In this way, together with the client, we future-proof the business model to achieve sustainable growth.

Value proposition

The value proposition is a promise made by a company to a customer, making clear what value a product or service brings to the customer. It enhances differentiation from competitors. We guide organisations in developing a unique value proposition for its customers. We use various techniques for this, such as the value proposition canvas, behavioural design methodology and personas.

Distribution models

How do products and services reach the end customer? Is a single-, multi-, cross- or omni-channel approach the right one? After a thorough analysis of the possibilities of the market and the needs of the target group, we help companies to set up a distribution model in which the use of different channels is determined, tested and implemented.

Life-time value

The Customer Life Time Value is a method we use to predict the value of the average customer. By measuring this, we can calculate the average turnover generated by a customer. This helps to adjust marketing budgets where necessary. We also help to increase the CLV by focusing on customer satisfaction and customer retention.

Network and platform models

By collaborating with partners, companies can expand their commercial capabilities, ultimately boosting performance. Part of a business model, therefore, is to define this collaboration, knowledge sharing and other source sharing and align it with the organisation's purpose and proposition. Network and platform models map out this connection and flows. At TNXTO, we use our Network Business Model Canvas, among others, for this purpose.

Marketing

With marketing, potential customers are identified and encouraged to become customers. Defining customer segments and formulating an approach plan is an important part of the business model. We assist in both the creation of a market development plan (strategy) and the implementation of the plan.

Sales and service excelence

In order to ensure that a business model continuously keeps pace with market movements, and that the sales and service offering perfectly matches the needs of the end customer, we have put together a sales and service excellence programme. Together with companies, we apply theoretical concepts to practice and test sales and service performance.

Sustainable business model

The basics for a future-proof business model is to find the synergy between social, environmental and economic sustainability. The Sustainable Business Model puts the focus on the synergy between social sustainability and economic sustainability and the synergy between ecological sustainability and economic sustainability. The agility of the organisation is a basic pillar here.
