Hij geeft cursussen die gebruik maken van Design Thinking bij de ontwikkeling van innovatieve concepten voor nieuwe idee\u00ebn en business models bij Ashesi. Hij is ook de leider van het Ashesi D: Lab, een thought leader voor Design Thinking in Afrika. Verder is hij de oprichter van de Design Thinking Ghana Hub die de 2000+ leden tellende Design Thinking Meetup Group leidt. Hij ontwikkelde zijn design thinking curriculum in samenwerking met Continuum Innovation, uitvinders van de bekroonde Swiffer.<\/p>\n<p>De onderzoeksinteresses van Dr. Adomdza liggen op het gebied van toewijzing van middelen voor het ontdekken en valideren van kansen voor ondernemers, evenals het ideevormingsproces voor de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten.
