The Next Organization speaks at Green Business Forum on resilient business models

Retrieved from 21 November finds it Green Business Forum place at the Copenhagen Business School - a conference that brings together organisations, researchers and students around one central theme: accelerating the green transition through knowledge sharing, collaboration and innovation.

During this conference, we from The Next Organization will share our insights on how organisations can become more resilient and sustainable. We will show how they can achieve this with the Resilient Business Model Development & Research Programme - a practice-based and research-driven programme in which organisations learn to embed sustainability in their core strategy and thus build future-proof growth

The power of the Resilient Business Model

Organisations strive for long-term results, but the transformation to a sustainable business model is challenging. The key lies in finding synergies between different aspects of sustainability, embedding them in core processes and aligning them with strategic priorities. When sustainability becomes part of the business case, it contributes to organisational resilience and growth - shifting the focus from single initiatives to long-term value.

The Resilient Business Model Development & Research programme helps organisations to:

  • structurally embed sustainability in their strategy and operations,
  • leverage their network and ecosystems for joint value creation,
  • and build resilience to better anticipate economic and societal changes.

In the programme, we combine real-life experiences with theoretical research in collaboration with Professor Ad. de Jong  and like-minded organisations. This is done in a series of sessions with both plenary and individual coaching from The Next Organisation.
