Ilse is an experienced project and change manager. After studying International Business & Management at the University of Groningen, she gained 7.5 years of experience in the energy sector. Within the RWE group, Ilse, both in the Netherlands and abroad, contributed to the transition from a technically oriented company to a customer-driven organisation. From mid-2014 to mid-2015, she was responsible for the development of new business models in the field of Big Data as an innovation manager. With her pragmatic and thorough working style, she guides clients through the entire process, from strategy development to implementation.
